This hotel is super pretty and the lobby's amazing! The rooms are clean and comfy, plus it's close to nice parks, which was great for my dog. The check-in process took way too long, and we had some issues with our room, but the staff was friendly, especially Cindy—she made things a bit better! Just a heads up, the extra fees felt a bit much.
